Who: Any 6th– 8th grade athlete that wants to explore distance runningand/or wants to get ready for cross country in the fall. What: – Structured, 8-Week Training Program.– Certified Coaches, running the trails with the athletes.– Striders T-Shirt included. When: June 10th – August 2, 2024 (8 weeks)Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday — 8:00 – 9:00 AM Sylvania Striders Family PicnicAugust 3, 2024 from 12-2:00PM at Stranahan Elementary School,Includes: 1 mile Time-Trial, games, food, and fun for the whole family. Where: Stranahan Elementary School – We will meet in the back of the school. Other Important Facts: Athletes need to be picked up promptly at 9:00 AM.
